The purpose of this policy is to ensure equitable, efficient, and sustainable use of Wanderin's AI-powered trip planning services. We aim to protect system integrity, maintain cost-effective operations, and provide all users with a consistently high-quality experience.

Wanderin's Premium Plan includes access to AI-powered itinerary creation and messaging. To ensure fair access, we implement a soft cap of ~1,000 AI messages per user per month (subject to reasonable adjustments over time).

- Most users remain well below this threshold. - If you approach this limit, we may notify you. - We may throttle usage or restrict access if your activity exceeds normal usage patterns.

Use of Wanderin's AI features for non-travel purposes, automation testing, scraping, or other misuse may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access. We reserve the right to review any usage that appears to exceed the scope of individual travel planning.

Important: Enforcement of this Fair Use Policy, including account suspension or termination, will never impact your ability to export your data or request deletion of your account and data. Even if your account is suspended or terminated for violation of usage terms, you retain the right to request access to, export, or delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
